Below are detailed instructions for the assembly of your Groove Tube Trainer.

Tools Required: One Phillips Head Screw Driver

Included Parts:

  1. Lay 4 Ring Quarters flat on the floor with lines and pilot holes facing up. If you have circle laid out correctly:
    (a) the black lines will match on top and bottom
    (b) the leg fittings will be pointed up
    (c) the pilot holes will be facing up

  2. Screw together complete circle. Make sure circle stays flat on
    the floor.
  3. After circle is completely connected, insert legs
    into bottom fittings and screw at pilot holes (legs
    should be pointed up)

  4. Connect the back poles together (snap together) and screw back pole into elbow fitting on the back hinge assembly.
  5. With circle flat on floor, snap the back hinge assembly (with attached pole) onto the top of the circle between the screws.
  6. Lift circle off the floor.

ANY ROUGH EDGES ALONG CONNECTING POINTS MAY BE FILED DOWN OR SANDED.
